# Can I Change the Email on My Parrot AI Account?

At this time, the email address connected to a Parrot AI account **cannot be changed**.

If you need to use a different email address, you'll need to **create a new Parrot AI account** with that email.

## What Happens to My Subscription?

An existing subscription **cannot be transferred** to another account or email address.

If you want Pro on your new account, the new account will need its own subscription.

If you have a recurring subscription on your old account and no longer want it to renew, make sure to cancel it separately.
