# Can’t Find Manage Billing, Usage and Limits, or Other Settings?

If you can’t see **Manage billing**, **Usage and limits**, or another newer setting in the Parrot AI iOS app, you may be using the older app layout.

## 🔄 Turn On the New Layout

1. Open the **Parrot AI app**.
2. Go to **Me**.
3. Find **Try new layout**.
4. Turn it **on**.
5. Return to the **Me** tab.

You should now see the newer settings available to your account.

## 📱 Still Can’t Find Manage Billing?

Your subscription may be managed through Apple instead.

To check:
1. Open your iPhone **Settings**.
2. Tap your **name / Apple ID**.
3. Tap **Subscriptions**.
4. Look for **Parrot AI**.

If Parrot AI is listed there, your subscription is managed through Apple.

If it is **not** listed there, you can also check for a subscription managed through Parrot AI at:

Enter the **email address you used for the purchase**.

## 📊 Still Can’t Find Usage and Limits or Another Setting?

Make sure you’re using the latest version of the Parrot AI iOS app.

If you’ve updated the app and turned on **Try new layout**, but the setting is still missing, contact our support team and tell us which setting you can’t find.

We may ask for a screenshot if we need to see what appears on your **Me** tab.
