# 📱 How to Allow Parrot AI Access to Your Photos on iPhone

Parrot AI may need access to your Photos when you want to **upload an image or save a creation to your device**.

## Allow Photo Access

1. Open your iPhone **Settings**.
2. Tap **Apps**.
3. Find and tap **Parrot: Voice Generator AI**.
4. Tap **Photos**.
5. Choose the photo access you want to allow.

If you want to upload photos you already have on your iPhone, make sure Parrot AI has permission to access those photos.

You can choose to give access to selected photos or more of your photo library, depending on the options shown on your iPhone.

## Still Can't Upload or Save a Photo?

Close and reopen Parrot AI after changing the permission, then try again.

If it still isn't working, contact our support team and tell us whether you're trying to **upload a photo** or **save a creation**. A screenshot of what you see may also help us find the problem.
