# How to Cancel Your Subscription on iPhone (iOS)

If your Parrot AI subscription is managed through **Apple**, you can cancel it from your iPhone settings.

## 🍎 Cancel Your Apple Subscription
1. Open your iPhone **Settings**.
2. Tap your **name / Apple ID**.
3. Tap **Subscriptions**.
4. Select **Parrot AI**.
5. Tap **Cancel Subscription**.
6. Follow Apple’s prompts to confirm.

Your Pro access will remain available until the end date shown by Apple.

> Deleting the Parrot AI app does not cancel your subscription.

## Can’t Find Parrot AI Under Apple Subscriptions?

Your subscription may be managed directly through Parrot AI instead.

Open the Parrot AI app and go to:
**Me → Manage billing for (your email)**

If **Manage billing** is missing:
1. Go to **Me**.
2. Turn on **Try new layout**.
3. Return to **Me** and check again.

Enter the **email address used for the purchase** and follow the customer portal link sent to your email.

## 💜 Still Can’t Cancel?

If you can’t find your subscription through Apple or Parrot AI billing, contact our support team and include:
* Your **User ID**
* The **email address used for the purchase**
* Your **receipt or proof of purchase**
* A **screenshot** of what you see
* Any **error message**
