# How to Cancel Your Subscription Purchased on the Website

## ⚠️ Before You Cancel: Mobile and Web Plans Are Separate

**Mobile and web subscriptions are separate.**
* A **mobile subscription cannot be used on the web app**.
* A **web subscription can be used on both web and mobile** by [linking your web account to the mobile app](https://parrotai.crisp.help/en/article/can-i-use-pro-features-on-both-the-website-and-mobile-app-15v200t/#3-how-to-link-your-web-subscription-to-the-mobile-app).

|| If you already have a Weekly mobile subscription and want to subscribe on the website, cancel the mobile subscription first. Otherwise, both subscriptions may remain active and you may continue being charged for both.

If you're deleting your Parrot AI account, you'll also need to **cancel any active subscription first**.

### You can cancel your subscription at any time.

If you can log in to your Parrot AI account:

1. Go to **Settings**.
2. Open **My Profile**.
3. Select **Manage Subscription**.
4. Follow the steps to cancel your subscription.

Once canceled, you'll keep your Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

### Can't Log In or Find Manage Subscription?

You can also manage your subscription by visiting:

Enter the **email address you used when you subscribed**. You'll receive a secure link by email that you can use to manage or cancel your subscription.

### Not Sure Where You Subscribed?

Cancellation depends on where you originally purchased your plan.
* If you subscribed on the **website**, use the steps above.
* If you subscribed through the **Apple App Store**, cancel through your Apple subscription settings.
* If you subscribed through **Google Play**, cancel through your Google Play subscription settings.
* If you subscribed inside the Parrot AI app but can't find the subscription in your App Store settings, try [tryparrotai.com/b](https://www.tryparrotai.com/b).
