# 💻 How to Find Your User ID (Website)

Your **User ID** is a unique number connected to your Parrot AI account. Our support team may ask for it when helping with an account or technical issue.

## Find Your User ID

1. Go to [tryparrotai.com/login](https://tryparrotai.com/login) and log in.
2. Open **Settings**.
3. Go to your **Profile**.
4. Find your **User ID**.

You can copy the User ID and send it to our support team if they ask for it.
