# How to Manage or Cancel a Legacy Google Play Subscription

## ⚠️ The Parrot AI Android App Is Currently Unavailable

The Parrot AI Android app is currently **unavailable until further notice**.

If you previously subscribed through **Google Play**, your subscription may still be active and may continue renewing until it is canceled.

You do not need access to the Parrot AI Android app to manage the subscription.

## Cancel Your Google Play Subscription

1. Open **Google Play** using the Google account you originally used for your Parrot AI purchase.
2. Go to **Payments & subscriptions**.
3. Tap **Subscriptions**.
4. Select **Parrot AI**.
5. Tap **Cancel subscription**.
6. Follow Google’s prompts to confirm.

If you no longer have the Android device you used before, you can still manage your subscriptions through your Google account.

## Can’t Find the Subscription?

Make sure you’re checking the **Google account used for the original purchase**.

If you still can’t locate it, contact our support team and include:
* Your **User ID**
* The **Google account or email used for the purchase**
* Your **receipt or proof of purchase**
* A **screenshot** of what you see
