# 💻 How to Request a Refund (Website Purchases)

If you purchased your Parrot AI subscription directly on the **website**, website purchases are generally **non-refundable**.

If something isn't working as expected, please contact our support team and let us know what happened. We'll first check whether we can help resolve the issue.

> **A refund request and subscription cancellation are separate.** If you don't want an active subscription to renew, make sure you also cancel it.

## 💳 Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the **same subscription**, please contact our support team so we can review the charges.

Include:
* Your **User ID**
* The **email address used for the purchase**
* The **date(s) of the charges**
* Your **receipt or proof of purchase**
* A screenshot showing the charges, if available

If you may have used more than one email address with Parrot AI, let us know. This can help us determine whether the charges belong to separate subscriptions.

## 🔎 Check Your Website Subscription

You can view and manage a website subscription here:

Enter the **email address you used for the purchase**.

You'll receive an email with **“Log in to your customer portal.”** Open that email and follow the link to access your billing information.

If you don't receive the email, try another email address you may have used for Parrot AI. Your current contact email may not be the same email used for your purchase.

## ❌ How to Cancel Your Website Subscription

To stop future renewals, you can cancel your website subscription through:
**Parrot AI website → Settings → My Profile → Manage Subscription**

You can also use:

If the subscription is active, you'll see the option to **Cancel subscription** in the billing portal.

If your subscription has already been canceled, the cancellation option may no longer appear.

> **Deleting a saved card or payment method is not the same as canceling your subscription.**

## ⚠️ Already Have an iOS Subscription?

Website and iOS subscriptions are separate.
* An **iOS subscription cannot be used on the website**.
* A **website subscription can be linked and used on iOS** through **Link Web Account**.

If you have a recurring **Weekly iOS subscription** and also subscribe on the website, both subscriptions can remain active and renew separately.

If you no longer want the iOS Weekly subscription, cancel it through the billing method used when you originally purchased it.

## 🤖 What About Android?

The Parrot AI Android app is currently **unavailable until further notice**.

Legacy Google Play subscriptions may still exist and continue renewing, but they are separate from website subscriptions and must be managed directly through **Google Play**.
