# 💻 How to Reset Your Password (Website)

If you forgot your Parrot AI password, you can reset it from the website.

## Reset Your Password

1. Go to the [Parrot AI Log In page](https://www.tryparrotai.com/login).
2. Click **Forgot your password? Reset it**.
3. Enter the **email address you use for your Parrot AI account**.
4. Check your email for the password reset message.
5. Open the link in the email and create a new password.

You can then log in with your new password.

## Didn’t Receive the Reset Email?

* Check your **spam or junk folder**.
* Make sure you entered the email address connected to your Parrot AI account.
* Try requesting the reset email again.

If you still don’t receive it, contact our support team and let us know which email address you’re trying to use.
