# How to Restore a Missing Subscription on iOS

If you previously purchased Parrot AI Pro but your Pro access is not showing in the iOS app, the correct steps depend on **where you originally purchased your subscription**.

## 🍎 If You Purchased Through Apple

If your subscription was purchased through the **Apple App Store** and is still active, use **Restore Purchase** in the Parrot AI app.

Restore Purchase is only for purchases made through Apple.

> **Do not use Restore Purchase for a subscription purchased on the Parrot AI website.**

If Restore Purchase does not bring back your Pro access, contact our support team using the information listed below.

## 🌐 If You Purchased on the Parrot AI Website

A subscription purchased directly on the Parrot AI website can be used on iOS, but it needs to be connected through **Link Web Account**.

Select **Link Web Account** in the iOS app and sign in with the account connected to your website subscription.

> **Restore Purchase will not restore a website subscription.**

## 📱 If You Purchased in the iOS App and Use Parrot AI Billing

If your purchase is not listed under your Apple subscriptions, check your subscription through:
**Parrot AI app → Me → Manage billing for (your email)**

Enter the **email address used for the purchase**. You'll receive an email containing **“Log in to your customer portal.”** Open that link to access your subscription details.

||| If you don't receive the email, try another email address you may have used when signing up or purchasing Parrot AI. Your contact email may not always be the same email used for the purchase.


## 🤖 What About Android?

The Parrot AI Android app is currently **unavailable until further notice**, so subscriptions cannot currently be restored or accessed through the Android app.

If you have a legacy Google Play subscription, it may still be active or renewing. You can manage it directly through **Google Play**.

## 💜 Still Don't Have Pro Access?

If you've tried the correct option above and your Pro access is still missing, contact our support team and include:
* Your **User ID**
* The **email address used for the purchase**
* Your **receipt or proof of purchase**
* A **screenshot** of what you're seeing
* Any **error message** you received

Providing these together will help our team locate the purchase and investigate the access issue.
