# 📱 How to Upgrade to a Lifetime or Weekly Subscription (iOS App)

You can view the subscription options currently available to you directly in the **Parrot AI iOS app**.

> **Pricing and available offers can vary by country, platform, and current promotion.** Check the subscription screen in the app for the plans and prices currently available to you.

## 📱 Upgrade in the iOS App

1. Open the **Parrot AI app**.
2. Open the subscription or upgrade screen.
3. Choose the plan you want.
4. Review the plan details and price shown before completing your purchase.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish subscribing.

Once the purchase is complete, your Pro access should appear on the account used for the purchase.

## ⚠️ Already Have Pro?

If you've already purchased Pro but your access isn't showing, **don't purchase another subscription yet**.

Use the option that matches where you originally purchased:

### Purchased Through Apple

Use **Restore Purchase** in the iOS app if an active Apple purchase is missing.

### Purchased on the Parrot AI Website

Use **Link Web Account** to connect your website subscription to the iOS app.

> Do not use Restore Purchase for a website subscription.

### Purchased in the iOS App Using Parrot AI Billing

Check your subscription by going to:
**Me → Manage billing for (your email)**

If **Manage billing** is missing, turn on **Try new layout**, then return to the **Me** tab.

Enter the email address used for the purchase to access your billing information.

## 🌐 Planning to Use Parrot AI on the Website Too?

Website and iOS subscriptions are separate.
* A subscription purchased inside the **iOS app cannot be used on the website**.
* A subscription purchased directly on the **Parrot AI website can be linked and used on iOS** through **Link Web Account**.

||| If you already have a recurring Weekly iOS subscription and want to subscribe on the website, cancel the iOS subscription first if you no longer want it. Otherwise, both subscriptions may remain active and continue renewing separately. 
||| Parrot AI Support cannot transfer subscriptions between platforms, accounts, or email addresses.



## 🤖 What About Android?

The Parrot AI Android app is currently **unavailable until further notice**.

New subscriptions cannot currently be used through the Android app. Legacy Google Play subscriptions may still exist or continue renewing and must be managed directly through **Google Play**.

If a purchase has already gone through but your Pro access is missing, please include your **User ID, purchase email, receipt or proof of purchase, screenshot, and any error message** so we can investigate.
