💻 I Paid for Pro on the Website, but I Can’t Access My Account – What Should I Do?

Having trouble accessing your Pro account after purchasing on the website? Here’s how to fix it quickly:

Steps to Fix Access Issues:



Make sure you are logged into the correct account on the website.
Ensure you are not on the free preview page.
Pro users can access their perks here: tryparrotai.com/app/create.

IMPORTANT:



If you purchased Pro on the website but want to use it on the mobile app, ignore the payment screen during onboarding.

To link your web subscription to the app:

Open the Parrot AI app.
Go to Settings.
Tap Link Web Account.
Enter your website account info.

This will sync your Pro subscription to the mobile app.
