# 💻 I Purchased Pro, But I Don’t Have Access – What Should I Do?

If you purchased Pro on the Parrot AI website but your Pro features are not showing, first make sure you're using the account connected to your purchase.

## 🌐 Check Your Website Subscription

You can check your subscription by visiting:

Enter the **email address you used when you purchased your Parrot AI subscription**.

You'll receive an email with **“Log in to your customer portal.”** Open the email and follow the secure link to view your subscription.

### Didn't Receive the Email?

Try another email address you may have used for Parrot AI.

Your current contact or support email may not be the same email you used when making the purchase.

If the billing portal shows that your subscription is active but your Pro access is still missing on the website, contact our support team using the information at the bottom of this article.

## 📱 Want to Use Your Website Subscription on iOS?

A subscription purchased directly on the Parrot AI website **can also be used on the iOS app**.

In the Parrot AI iOS app, select **Link Web Account** and follow the prompts using the account connected to your website subscription.

> **Do not use Restore Purchase for a website subscription.** Restore Purchase is for Apple purchases made through the iOS app.

## ⚠️ Already Have a Mobile Subscription?

Website and mobile subscriptions are separate.
* A **website subscription can be linked and used on iOS**.
* A subscription purchased inside the **iOS app cannot be used on the website**.

If you already have a recurring **Weekly iOS subscription** and no longer want it, cancel it before starting or keeping a separate website subscription. Otherwise, both subscriptions may remain active and continue renewing.

Parrot AI Support cannot transfer subscriptions between platforms, accounts, or email addresses.

## 🤖 What About Android?

The Parrot AI Android app is currently **unavailable until further notice**.

Website subscriptions cannot currently be used through the Android app while the app is unavailable.

## 💜 Still Don't Have Pro Access?

If your website subscription is active but Pro is still missing, contact our support team and include:
* Your **User ID**
* The **email address used for the purchase**
* Your **receipt or proof of purchase**
* A **screenshot showing what you're seeing**
* Any **error message** you received

Please include these details together so our team can locate the purchase and investigate the issue.
