# ⚠️ Restricted Words & Content Guidelines on Parrot AI

Parrot AI uses filters to help keep creations safe and appropriate.

We don’t publish a complete list of blocked words, but some types of content may prevent a voice, video, or other creation from being generated.

## 🚫 Content That May Be Blocked

This can include:
* Strong profanity or offensive language
* Sexually explicit or adult content
* Hate speech or discriminatory language
* Harassment, bullying, or abusive content
* Violent or threatening statements

## 🔒 Personal or Sensitive Information

Content may also be blocked if it includes:
* Phone numbers
* Home addresses
* Email addresses
* Other personal information

Content involving impersonation or misuse of a real person’s identity may also be restricted.

## 🎵 Other Restricted Content

Some content may be limited for safety or legal reasons, including:
* Extremist content or calls for violence
* Certain copyrighted material
* Content that may violate another person’s rights

Some restrictions may also apply when using **AI Music, celebrity voices, or custom voices**.

## Why Was My Creation Blocked?

A creation may be stopped when our system detects content that could violate Parrot AI’s guidelines.

If you think your content was blocked by mistake, contact our support team and let us know:
* What you were trying to create
* The message or error you saw
* A screenshot, if available

We’ll take a look and help explain what happened.
