Can I Change the Email on My Parrot AI Account?

At this time, the email address connected to a Parrot AI account cannot be changed.

If you need to use a different email address, you'll need to create a new Parrot AI account with that email.

What Happens to My Subscription?

An existing subscription cannot be transferred to another account or email address.

If you want Pro on your new account, the new account will need its own subscription.

If you have a recurring subscription on your old account and no longer want it to renew, make sure to cancel it separately.
