📱 I Paid for Pro on the Mobile App, but I Can’t Access My Account – What Should I Do?
If you bought Pro through the Parrot AI mobile app but can’t access your features, try these steps:
Quick Fixes:
- Don’t delete or reinstall the app right away.
- First, try restarting the app—this often resolves the issue.
If that doesn’t work:
- Open the app and go to Settings.
- Navigate to the Plans screen.
- Tap Restore Purchase at the bottom right.
Your Pro perks should now be restored.
If the Issue Still Persists:
- Contact us via chat.
- Provide your User ID.
- Let us know which platform you purchased on (web, iOS, Android).
- Mention the troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried.
