📱 I Paid for Pro on the Mobile App, but I Can’t Access My Account – What Should I Do?

If you bought Pro through the Parrot AI mobile app but can’t access your features, try these steps:


Quick Fixes:


  • Don’t delete or reinstall the app right away.
  • First, try restarting the app—this often resolves the issue.


If that doesn’t work:


  1. Open the app and go to Settings.
  2. Navigate to the Plans screen.
  3. Tap Restore Purchase at the bottom right.


Your Pro perks should now be restored.


If the Issue Still Persists:


  • Contact us via chat.
  • Provide your User ID.
  • Let us know which platform you purchased on (web, iOS, Android).
  • Mention the troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried.
  • Provide proof of purchase


IMPORTANT:


Pro features purchased through the app are exclusive to the app and cannot be accessed on the website.
