Restoring Your Subscription



If your Parrot AI subscription has disappeared after updating the app or switching to a new device with the same operating system ( Android to Android or iOS to iOS), follow these steps to restore it:

Open the Parrot AI app.
Go to the Settings tab.
Tap Other.
Select View Plans.
Below the Continue button, tap Restore Purchase.
Select Continue.

This should restore your subscription and grant access to your purchased features. If you continue to experience issues, please contact our support team.

Using Your Subscription on Another Device



Purchases made on Android cannot be restored on an iPhone, and vice versa. The Restore Purchase feature only works on devices with the same operating system.
To access your subscription on both web and mobile, we recommend subscribing through our website. Web subscriptions can be linked across devices, while mobile purchases are tied to the device they were bought on.
