Do not delete and reinstall the app. Sometimes, simply restarting the app will resolve the issue.

If restarting doesn't work:

Navigate to the Plans screen in Settings.
Click "Restore Purchase" in the bottom right corner.

Your paid perks should be reinstated!

Provide your User ID.
Specify the platform where you purchased the app (web, iOS, Android), and mention if you've already tried the steps above.

Please note that in order to delete your account, you must cancel your subscription first.

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

While Logged In:

Go to the top of Parrot AI.
Click on **Settings **and then select **Manage **under Plans.
You'll be redirected to Stripe's billing portal.
Here, you can download invoices, switch plans, and cancel your subscription.

If Not Logged In:

Log in at the top of Parrot AI's front page.
Navigate to Settings > My Profile > Manage Subscription.

If Unable to Log In:

Visit www.TryParrotAi.com/B.
Enter the email used for signing up on Stripe's billing portal.
Stripe will email you a login link.
Once logged in, you can download invoices, switch plans, and cancel your subscription.

Forgot Email?

Search your email inbox for "Parrot AI" to retrieve the email associated with your purchase.

We do not offer refunds, as generating AI voices and characters requires significant computing power, which incurs costs that cannot be reversed. Our partners charge us for every use, making these transactions non-refundable.

Exception for Duplicate Charges

The only scenario where a refund is considered is in the case of duplicate charges. To initiate a refund, please ensure the following:

You subscribed to the paid version using only one email address.
The charge you are requesting a refund for occurred within the last 7 days.
