How to Cancel Your Subscription on iPhone (iOS)

If your Parrot AI subscription is managed through Apple, you can cancel it from your iPhone settings.

🍎 Cancel Your Apple Subscription

1. Open your iPhone Settings.
2. Tap your name / Apple ID.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Select Parrot AI.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription.
6. Follow Apple’s prompts to confirm.

Your Pro access will remain available until the end date shown by Apple.

Deleting the Parrot AI app does not cancel your subscription.

Can’t Find Parrot AI Under Apple Subscriptions?

Your subscription may be managed directly through Parrot AI instead.

Open the Parrot AI app and go to:
Me → Manage billing for (your email)

If Manage billing is missing:

1. Go to Me.
2. Turn on Try new layout.
3. Return to Me and check again.

Enter the email address used for the purchase and follow the customer portal link sent to your email.

💜 Still Can’t Cancel?

If you can’t find your subscription through Apple or Parrot AI billing, contact our support team and include:

• Your User ID
• The email address used for the purchase
• Your receipt or proof of purchase
• A screenshot of what you see
• Any error message
