Can’t Find Manage Billing, Usage and Limits, or Other Settings?

If you can’t see Manage billing, Usage and limits, or another newer setting in the Parrot AI iOS app, you may be using the older app layout.

🔄 Turn On the New Layout

1. Open the Parrot AI app.
2. Go to Me.
3. Find Try new layout.
4. Turn it on.
5. Return to the Me tab.

You should now see the newer settings available to your account.

📱 Still Can’t Find Manage Billing?

Your subscription may be managed through Apple instead.

To check:

1. Open your iPhone Settings.
2. Tap your name / Apple ID.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Look for Parrot AI.

If Parrot AI is listed there, your subscription is managed through Apple.

If it is not listed there, you can also check for a subscription managed through Parrot AI at:

Enter the email address you used for the purchase.

Make sure you’re using the latest version of the Parrot AI iOS app.

If you’ve updated the app and turned on Try new layout, but the setting is still missing, contact our support team and tell us which setting you can’t find.

We may ask for a screenshot if we need to see what appears on your Me tab.
