How to Manage or Cancel a Legacy Google Play Subscription

⚠️ The Parrot AI Android App Is Currently Unavailable

The Parrot AI Android app is currently unavailable until further notice.

If you previously subscribed through Google Play, your subscription may still be active and may continue renewing until it is canceled.

You do not need access to the Parrot AI Android app to manage the subscription.

Cancel Your Google Play Subscription

1. Open Google Play using the Google account you originally used for your Parrot AI purchase.
2. Go to Payments & subscriptions.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Select Parrot AI.
5. Tap Cancel subscription.
6. Follow Google’s prompts to confirm.

If you no longer have the Android device you used before, you can still manage your subscriptions through your Google account.

Can’t Find the Subscription?

Make sure you’re checking the Google account used for the original purchase.

If you still can’t locate it, contact our support team and include:

• Your User ID
• The Google account or email used for the purchase
• Your receipt or proof of purchase
• A screenshot of what you see
