Payment Methods

The payment options available to you depend on where you're purchasing your Parrot AI subscription.

🌐 Website Purchases

When subscribing through the Parrot AI website, available payment methods may include:

• Credit card
• Debit card
• Cash App Pay
• Link

The payment options currently available to you will be shown during checkout.

📱 iOS Purchases

Subscriptions purchased inside the iOS app may be billed through Apple or directly through Parrot AI.

Apple Purchases

If your purchase is handled by Apple, your payment method is managed through your Apple account.

Parrot AI Billing

If your purchase is managed directly through Parrot AI, the available payment methods will be shown when you check out.

⚠️ Website and iOS Subscriptions Are Separate

A subscription purchased inside the iOS app cannot be used on the Parrot AI website.

A subscription purchased directly on the Parrot AI website can be used on iOS through Link Web Account.

If you already have a recurring Weekly iOS subscription and decide to subscribe on the website, cancel the iOS subscription first if you no longer want it. Otherwise, both subscriptions may remain active and continue renewing separately.

🤖 What About Android?

The Parrot AI Android app is currently unavailable until further notice.

Legacy Google Play subscriptions may still exist or continue renewing, but they must be managed directly through Google Play.

💳 Having Trouble With a Payment?

If a payment isn't going through:

• Check that your payment information is correct.
• Try another available payment method, if one is offered.
• Check with your bank or payment provider for any restrictions.
