💻I Purchased Pro, But I Don’t Have Access – What Should I Do?

If you’ve purchased a Pro plan but can’t access your paid features, don’t worry — here’s how to fix it based on your situation.


đź’Ž Lifetime Plan Purchases


If your Lifetime plan payment went through but your Pro access hasn’t activated yet, please fill out this form so we can fix it for you:

Once you submit your account details and payment proof (such as a receipt or invoice), our system will:

  • Verify your purchase
  • Automatically grant your Lifetime Pro access if it wasn’t activated
  • Notify you once your access has been granted or if there’s an issue with your submission

This process usually takes 24–48 hours.


đź“… For Annual or Weekly Plan Users


If you’re on a Weekly or Annual plan and still don’t see your Pro features:

  • Make sure you’re logged into the same account you used to make the purchase.
  • If you still don’t have access, please contact our support team and include:
    • The email linked to your account
    • Your User ID (found in your app’s Settings)
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or payment confirmation)
    • The platform where you purchased (Web, iOS, or Android)

Our team will verify and restore your Pro access as quickly as possible.


📱 Linking Your Web Subscription to the Mobile App


If you bought Pro on the website but want to use it on the mobile app:

  1. Open the Parrot AI app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Link Web Account.
  4. Enter the email and User ID from your web account.

This will sync your Pro access with the app.

(If you see a payment screen during onboarding, simply skip it — your Pro access will still apply once linked.)
