Why am I seeing multiple charges on my account?

It's likely due to you making multiple purchases on our website using different emails each time.

Trouble shooting tips


Check the confirmation email we sent for the paid version to identify the active account (search your mail for "Parrot ai").
Check your browser settings for the email and password you signed up with.
if you used Chrome, you can Open Chrome and go to Settings > Advanced > Passwords and forms > Manage passwords.
In the 'Saved Passwords' list, you can click on the symbol next to your password and select 'Details'.
