How to Cancel Your Subscription on iPhone (purchased with Stripe)
⚠️ Important: Mobile and Web Plans Are Separate
Parrot AI plans on mobile (App Store or Google Play) and web (TryParrotAI.com) are not connected.
- Mobile subscriptions cannot be used on the web app.
- Web subscriptions can be used on both web and mobile by linking your web account to your mobile app.
You can cancel your mobile plan anytime from your App Store or Google Play settings.
Please note that in order to delete your account, you must cancel your subscription first.
📱 How to Cancel Your Subscription
- Open the Parrot AI mobile app.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Tap “Manage billing for (your email)”.
- You’ll be redirected to the Stripe billing portal in your mobile browser.
- Enter the email you used to sign up.
- Stripe will send you an email with a secure login link to your customer portal.
- Open the email and tap “Log in to your customer portal.”
- Once inside, select Cancel subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation — you’ll also see the exact date your subscription will end.
