Parrot AI Plans: What to Expect

Parrot AI offers different ways to create depending on whether you're using the iOS app or the website.

Features, plans, and available tools can vary between platforms.

Pricing and available offers can also vary by country, platform, and current promotion. Check the subscription or checkout screen in Parrot AI to see the plans and pricing currently available to you.

⚠️ Important: Website and iOS Plans Are Separate

Subscriptions purchased on the Parrot AI website and subscriptions purchased inside the iOS app are separate.

• A subscription purchased inside the iOS app cannot be used on the website, whether the purchase is managed through Apple or directly through Parrot AI.
• A subscription purchased directly on the Parrot AI website can be linked and used on iOS through Link Web Account.

If you already have a recurring Weekly iOS subscription and want to subscribe on the website, cancel the iOS subscription first if you no longer want it.
Otherwise, both subscriptions may remain active and continue renewing separately.

Parrot AI Support cannot transfer subscriptions between platforms, accounts, or email addresses.

✨ Free Access on iOS

A limited free experience is available on the Parrot AI iOS app.

Free users have limited access and a small selection of celebrity voices so they can explore Parrot AI before upgrading.

Features and usage limits may change, so check the app for what's currently available to you.

📱 What's Included on the iOS App?

Depending on your Pro plan, iOS features may include:

• Access to more or all available voices
• Unlimited standard creations on eligible plans
• Access to advanced AI creation features
• 40 image creations per week
• Watermark removal
• Higher-quality audio and video
• Faster generation times
• Other Pro features available in the app

💬 Creating With AI on iOS

The iOS app includes a chat-based creation experience.

Instead of choosing an AI engine yourself, you can send Parrot AI a prompt describing what you want to create and continue from there.

Some of these advanced AI creations may require credits.

🖼️ iOS Weekly Image Allowance

On iOS, you can create up to 40 images per week as part of your weekly image allowance.

The allowance resets automatically every week.

You can check your current usage anytime under:
Me → Usage and limits

After using the 40-image weekly allowance, users with an active Pro subscription can continue creating images for:
1 credit per image

If you don't want to use credits, you can wait for your weekly allowance to reset.

Depending on your Pro plan, website features may include:

• Access to more or all available voices
• Unlimited standard creations on eligible plans
• Access to advanced AI creation tools
• Watermark removal
• Higher-quality audio and video
• Faster generation times
• Other Pro features available on the website

✨ Advanced AI Creations on the Website

The website gives you more direct control over advanced AI creation.

For supported creation tools, you can choose from the available AI models or engines and select the option you want to use for your creation.

Different AI tools and engines may have different credit requirements.

Some advanced image, video, and other AI creations therefore use credits instead of being included in Unlimited standard creations.

🎬 What Are Unlimited Standard Creations?

Standard creations include:

1. Video creations using celebrity voices
2. AI Music / singing creations
3. Use Your Own Voice video creations

If your plan includes Unlimited standard creations, these creation types are included under that benefit.

However, Unlimited standard creations does not mean every type of creation in Parrot AI is unlimited.

Some newer or advanced image, video, and AI tools:

• Require credits, or
• Have their own separate usage limits

These are separate from Unlimited standard creations.

💳 How Do Credits Work With Pro?

Your Pro plan gives you access to eligible Pro features, including advanced AI creation tools. The advanced AI tools require credits when you use them.

Here's what to know:

• Credits require an active Pro subscription to use.
• Buying credits does not replace the need for Pro.
• Pro does not include free credits.
• Credit-based creations are not included in Unlimited standard creations.
• If you already have credits and your Pro access becomes inactive, your credits will stay on your account.
• You won't be able to use those credits until your Pro access becomes active again.

🔗 Using a Website Subscription on iOS

If you purchased your subscription directly on the Parrot AI website, you do not need to purchase another subscription in the iOS app.

Use Link Web Account in the iOS app to connect your website subscription.

Do not use Restore Purchase for a website subscription. Restore Purchase is only for eligible Apple purchases made through the iOS app.

📱 Managing an Existing iOS Subscription

How you manage or cancel your iOS subscription depends on where your purchase is managed.

Apple Subscription

Go to:
iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Parrot AI

Parrot AI Billing

In the Parrot AI app, go to:
Me → Manage billing for (your email)

You can also visit:

Enter the email address used for the purchase and follow the customer portal link sent to your email.

If Manage billing, Usage and limits, or other newer settings are missing in the app:

1. Go to Me.
2. Turn on Try new layout.
3. Return to the Me tab and check again.

🤖 What About Android?

The Parrot AI Android app is currently unavailable until further notice.

Legacy Google Play subscriptions may still exist or continue renewing even though the Android app cannot currently be accessed.

Legacy Google Play subscriptions must be managed directly through Google Play.

🔑 Which Plan Should I Choose?

The best option depends on where you plan to use Parrot AI and which creation tools you want to use.

• Choose the iOS app if you prefer the app's chat-based creation experience.
• The website offers more direct control over supported advanced AI tools, including the ability to choose from available AI models or engines.
• If you purchase directly on the website, you can also link that subscription to the iOS app.
