💻 How to Upgrade to a Lifetime or Weekly Subscription (Website)

⚠️ Important: Website and iOS Plans Are Separate

Subscriptions purchased on the Parrot AI website and subscriptions purchased inside the iOS app are separate.

• An iOS subscription cannot be used on the website.
• A website subscription can be linked and used on iOS through Link Web Account.

If you already have a recurring Weekly iOS subscription, cancel it first if you no longer want it before subscribing on the website. Otherwise, both subscriptions may remain active and continue renewing separately.

🌐 Upgrade on the Website

If you're ready to upgrade, you can view the plans currently available on the Parrot AI website.

1. Visit the Parrot AI website.
2. Open the subscription or pricing page.
3. Review the plans and offers currently available to you.
4. Choose the plan you want.
5. Review the plan details and price shown at checkout.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.

Pricing and available offers can vary by country and current promotion. The checkout screen will show the current price available to you before you complete your purchase.

🔄 Already Have a Weekly Website Subscription?

If you have an active recurring Weekly website subscription and want to switch to a Lifetime option, cancel the Weekly subscription first so it does not continue renewing.

You can manage your website subscription through:
Parrot AI website → Settings → My Profile → Manage Subscription

Enter the email address used for the purchase and follow the customer portal link sent to your email.

📱 Want to Use Your Website Subscription on iOS?

You do not need to purchase another subscription in the iOS app.

Use Link Web Account in the Parrot AI iOS app to connect your website subscription.

Do not use Restore Purchase for a website subscription. Restore Purchase is for Apple purchases.

📱 Already Have an iOS Subscription?

How you cancel an existing iOS Weekly subscription depends on where it is managed:

• Apple subscription: iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Parrot AI
• Parrot AI billing: Parrot AI → Me → Manage billing for (your email)

You can also visit tryparrotai.com/b and enter the email used for the purchase for subscriptions managed through Parrot AI.

Parrot AI Support cannot transfer subscriptions between platforms, accounts, or email addresses.

🤖 What About Android?

The Parrot AI Android app is currently unavailable until further notice.

Legacy Google Play subscriptions may still exist or continue renewing and must be managed directly through Google Play.
