How to Cancel Your Subscription Purchased on the Website

⚠️ Important: Mobile and Web Plans Are Separate

Parrot AI plans on mobile (App Store or Google Play) and web (TryParrotAI.com) are not connected.

If you already have a weekly mobile plan, please cancel your mobile subscription first before upgrading on the website — otherwise, you’ll be charged twice (once by Apple/Google and once by Parrot AI on the web).

You can cancel your mobile plan anytime from your App Store or Google Play settings.


Please note that in order to delete your account, you must cancel your subscription first.


You can cancel your subscription at any time.


While Logged In:
  • Go to the top of Parrot AI.
  • Click on Settings and then select Manage under Plans.
  • You'll be redirected to Stripe's billing portal.
  • Here, you can download invoices, switch plans, and cancel your subscription.


If Not Logged In:


  • Log in at the top of Parrot AI's front page.
  • Navigate to Settings > My Profile > Manage Subscription.


If Unable to Log In:
  • Visit www.TryParrotAi.com/B.
  • Enter the email used for signing up on Stripe's billing portal.
  • Stripe will email you a login link.
  • Once logged in, you can download invoices, switch plans, and cancel your subscription.


Forgot Email?


Search your email inbox for "Parrot AI" to retrieve the email associated with your purchase.
