📱 How to Upgrade to a Lifetime or Weekly Subscription (Mobile App)

⚠️ Important: Mobile and Web Plans Are Separate

Parrot AI plans on mobile (App Store or Google Play) and web (TryParrotAI.com) are not connected.

If you already have a weekly mobile plan, please cancel your mobile subscription first before upgrading on the website — otherwise, you’ll be charged twice (once by Apple/Google and once by Parrot AI on the web).


You can cancel your mobile plan anytime from your App Store or Google Play settings.


If your Parrot AI subscription disappears after updating the app or switching to a new device with the same operating system (Android to Android or iOS to iOS), you can restore it easily.


Steps to Restore Your Subscription:


  1. Open the Parrot AI app.
  2. Go to the Settings tab.
  3. Tap Other.
  4. Select View Plans.
  5. Below the Continue button, tap Restore Purchase.
  6. Tap Continue.


Your subscription should be restored, giving you access to your purchased features again.


Things to Keep in Mind:


  • Restore Purchase only works on devices with the same operating system (Android to Android, iOS to iOS).
  • Purchases made on Android cannot be restored on iPhones, and vice versa.
