How do I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds, as generating AI voices and characters requires significant computing power, which incurs costs that cannot be reversed. Our partners charge us for every use, making these transactions non-refundable.

When signing up, all users agree to these terms. However, if you are experiencing any issues with the service, we’d be happy to assist—please reach out, and we’ll do our best to help.

Exception for Duplicate Charges



The only scenario where a refund is considered is in the case of duplicate charges. To initiate a refund, please ensure the following:

You subscribed to the paid version using only one email address.
The charge you are requesting a refund for occurred within the last 7 days.

Refund Requests for App Store Purchases



If your purchase was made through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, you will need to contact Google Play or Apple Support directly, as they manage all transactions and have the ability to process refunds.

How to Cancel Your Subscription



If you’d like to cancel your subscription to prevent future charges, follow the steps based on where you made the purchase:

Cancel a subscription purchased on the website
Cancel a subscription purchased on the Android app
Cancel a subscription purchased on the iPhone/iOS app
