How do I get a refund?
Refund Policy
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds due to the high costs associated with creating AI characters and generating voices. Our upstream providers restrict refund requests for GPU processing time used in the AI voice and material generation process. This would result in a loss for us, and by signing up, you agree to waive your right to a refund for this reason.
Exception for Duplicate Charges
The only scenario where a refund is considered is in the case of duplicate charges. To initiate a refund, please ensure the following:
You subscribed to the paid version using only one email address.
The charge you are requesting a refund for occurred within the last 7 days.

Provide the following information:
Email address used for subscription.
Your User ID (Learn how to find it here).
Purchase source (Web, Apple Store, or Google Play).
Attach a screenshot of the charges in question.
Processing Time:
Our team will review your request within 72 hours.
Once approved, the standard bank refund timeline will apply.
