💻 How to Download Your Invoice (Website Subscriptions)

If you purchased your Parrot AI subscription through the website, you can view and download your invoices from your billing page.


Download an Invoice From Your Account


  1. Log in at tryparrotai.com.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Find your plan and select Manage.
  4. Your billing page will open.
  5. Select the invoice you need and download it.


Can't Log In or Access Your Billing Page?


Visit:
https://www.tryparrotai.com/b


Enter the email address you used for the purchase.


You'll receive an email with “Log in to your customer portal.”


Open that email and follow the link to access your billing information and invoices.


Didn't Receive the Email?


Try another email address you may have used when purchasing or signing up for Parrot AI.


The email address you're currently using to contact Support may not be the same email address used for the purchase.


Still Can't Find Your Invoice?


Contact our support team and include:

  • Your User ID
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • Your receipt or proof of purchase, if available
  • A screenshot of what you're seeing, if helpful


We'll help you locate the correct billing account.
