Can I Use Pro Features on Both the Website and iOS App?

⚠️ Important: Website and iOS Plans Are Separate

Parrot AI subscriptions purchased on the website and subscriptions purchased inside the iOS app are separate.

Here’s the important difference:

A subscription purchased directly on the Parrot AI website can be linked and used on the iOS app.
A subscription purchased inside the iOS app cannot be used on the website, whether the purchase is managed through Apple or directly through Parrot AI.
Subscriptions cannot be transferred between accounts or email addresses.

🌐 Using a Website Subscription on iOS

If you purchased Pro directly from the Parrot AI website, you can use that subscription on the iOS app by selecting Link Web Account.

Follow the prompts using the account connected to your website subscription.

Important: Do not use Restore Purchase for a website subscription. Restore Purchase is for subscriptions made on the iOS app that are missing in the app.

📱 Can I Use an iOS Subscription on the Website?

No. A subscription purchased inside the Parrot AI iOS app can only be used in the app and cannot be linked or transferred to the website.

If you want Pro access on the website, you'll need a website subscription.

Already Have a Weekly iOS Subscription?

If you already have a Weekly subscription on iOS and plan to subscribe on the website, cancel the iOS Weekly subscription first.

Otherwise, both subscriptions can remain active and you may continue being charged for both.

How you cancel the iOS subscription depends on where the purchase is managed:

Apple subscription: iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Parrot AI
Parrot AI billing: Open Parrot AI and go to Me → Manage billing for (your email), or visit tryparrotai.com/b and enter the email used for the purchase.

🔄 Can Support Move My Subscription?

No. Parrot AI Support cannot transfer an existing subscription:

From the iOS app to the website
Between Parrot AI accounts
From one email address to another

If you need to use a different account or platform, cancel the existing recurring subscription first to prevent future renewals before starting a new subscription.

🤖 What About Android?

The Parrot AI Android app is currently unavailable until further notice.

If you still have a legacy subscription through Google Play, it may continue renewing even though the Android app cannot currently be accessed. You can manage or cancel that subscription through Google Play.
