How to Cancel Your Subscription on iPhone (If It’s Not in Apple Subscriptions)

⚠️ Important: Mobile and Web Plans Are Separate

Parrot AI mobile and web subscriptions are separate.

Mobile subscriptions cannot be used on the web app.
Web subscriptions can be used on both web and mobile by linking your web account to the mobile app.

If you already have a Weekly mobile subscription and want to subscribe on the website, cancel your mobile subscription first. Otherwise, both subscriptions may remain active and you may continue being charged for both.

If you're trying to delete your Parrot AI account, you'll also need to cancel any active subscription first.

📱 Can't Find Parrot AI in Your Apple Subscriptions?

If you subscribed inside the Parrot AI app but don't see Parrot AI under your Apple subscriptions, don't worry. You may be able to manage the subscription directly through Parrot AI.

Option 1: Manage It in the Parrot AI App

Open the Parrot AI app.
Go to Me.
Tap Manage billing for (your email).
Follow the steps on the secure billing page.
Select Cancel subscription and confirm.

You'll be shown the date your subscription will end.

Option 2: Manage It Using Your Email

If you can't access the billing option in the app, visit:
tryparrotai.com/b

Enter the email address you used when you subscribed. You'll receive a secure link by email that you can use to manage or cancel your subscription.
