Can I Use Pro Features on Both the Website and Mobile App?
⚠️ Important: Mobile and Web Plans Are Separate
Parrot AI plans on mobile (App Store or Google Play) and web (TryParrotAI.com) are not connected.
- Mobile subscriptions cannot be used on the web app.
- Web subscriptions can be used on both web and mobile by linking your web account to your mobile app.
You can cancel your mobile plan anytime from your App Store or Google Play settings.
Currently, subscriptions purchased through the mobile app (iOS or Android) cannot be linked to the website. These in-app purchases are tied to your App Store or Play Store account and work only within the mobile app.
How to Use Parrot AI on Multiple Devices
For the most flexible access across desktop and mobile, we recommend subscribing through the Parrot AI website. Web subscriptions can be linked to your account and used on any device—both on the website and in the mobile app.
Can I Transfer My Mobile Subscription to the Web?
No, mobile subscriptions cannot be transferred to the website at this time.
If you'd like to use Parrot AI on the web, you'll need to purchase a separate web subscription at tryparrotai.com.
We’ll announce any updates if mobile-to-web linking becomes available in the future.
How to Link Your Web Subscription to the Mobile App
If you purchased a Pro plan on the website and want to use it in the mobile app:
- Open the Parrot AI app.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Link Web Account.
- Enter the email you used on the website and your User ID (found under Settings on the website).
Once linked, you’ll be able to use your web subscription on the app as well.
