Can I Use Pro Features on Both the Website and Mobile App?
Currently, subscriptions purchased through the mobile app (iOS or Android) cannot be linked to the website.
For the best experience across devices, we recommend purchasing through the website, as web subscriptions can be accessed on both desktop and mobile.
At the moment, there is no option to transfer mobile subscriptions to the website. If you wish to use Parrot AI on the web, you will need to sign up separately for a website subscription.
If the ability to link mobile subscriptions to the website becomes available in the future, we’ll be sure to share updates.
If you subscribed on our website and want to use the mobile app, follow these steps to link your account:
Open the app and go to Settings.
Tap Link Web Account.
Enter the email you used to register and your User ID (found in the Settings tab under your profile).
