📱 How to Download Your Invoice (Mobile App Subscriptions)
If you purchased Parrot AI through the iOS app, where you find your receipt or invoice depends on how your purchase was billed.
🍎 If You Purchased Through Apple
For purchases handled by Apple:
- Apple sends a purchase receipt to the email connected to your Apple account.
- You can also view your Parrot AI purchase in your Apple Purchase History.
Apple manages the billing records for these purchases.
📱 If Your Purchase Is Managed Through Parrot AI
You can access your billing information from the Parrot AI app.
Go to:
Me → Manage billing for (your email)
You'll be redirected to the billing portal in your mobile browser.
Enter the email address you used when you signed up or made the purchase. You'll receive an email with “Log in to your customer portal.”
Open that email and follow the link to access your billing information.

Didn't Receive the Email?
Try another email address you may have used for Parrot AI.
The email you're currently using to contact Support may not be the same email used for the purchase.
Can't Find Manage Billing?
- Go to the Me tab.
- Turn on Try new layout.
- Return to Me and check again.
If you can access your billing account but don't see the invoice or billing document you need, contact our support team for help.
🤖 Legacy Google Play Purchases
The Parrot AI Android app is currently unavailable until further notice.
However, if you previously made a purchase through Google Play, your legacy purchase records can still be viewed through your Google Play Order History.
Google Play manages the billing records for those purchases.

- Your User ID
- The email address used for the purchase
- Any receipt or proof of purchase you already have
- A screenshot of what you're seeing
